When it comes to mouth watering opportunities, it doesn’t get mo’tasty than Steers. And the new Steers Mo’Mjojo burger is as big, as stacked and as tasty as it gets. So the chance to work on Steers’ newest campaign with the amazing team at McCann had Spitfire Directors AK and JT moving quicker than a fast food order.
A fantastic cast, a tireless crew and the golden beaches of Durban – who wouldn’t jump at the chance? Shooting the action on location and the specialised food shots in Jozi, AK and JT distilled the joy of summer into one deliciously stacked burger – and left the viewers hungry for more.
So if the new Steers work has whetted your appetite for mo’, contact Spitfire now to find out how what else AK and JT have on the menu. We guarantee it’ll just look better.

When Ogilvy heard about two men who targeted KFC branches as fake food inspectors to get free meals, the story – which later proved to be fake itself – inspired a three-part documentary-style campaign for their client detailing the “investigation” that followed. And Katlego’s storytelling skills and talent for comedy were immediately put on the case.
“The KFC PI Diaries” follows top Private Investigator Beckett Mathunzi as he pulls out all the stops to find the dastardly culprit, the clues mounting up as he gets closer and closer to solving the mystery. Like, really close. Fantastic casting, quirky and understated comedic timing and editing and a Coen brothers-inspired shooting style makes for a riveting and hilarious crime investigation “whodunnit”.
And with the three films achieving over three million views within three days, it seems we’re not the only ones to think so.
So if you’re looking for answers for your concept idea and need a razor sharp mind to crack the case, contact Spitfire and we’ll get Katlego onto it. Because all the evidence points to a brilliant result.

The lock down has really brought out many mixed emotions.
The one that I can say for sure regarding our president is pride.
This may seem crazy but the reason I am posting this video today is because I feel that Covid and Cyril might be a bit like The Rugby World Cup.
It’s is a great unifier and shows the empathy that we have for each other as a country. And that makes me feel proud, the same way we all felt proud and celebrated in the streets together when we, against all odds. Won the RWC in 95, 2007 and 2019!
Thank you to Grid and FNB for entrusting us with this project that superseded all our expectations.
May we all be together celebrating in the streets again in the near future
