After university, Rele seized the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience as a content producer for our national broadcaster, immersing herself in the fast-paced world of live television production. This role enabled her to cultivate her creativity, sharpen her organizational skills, and master the intricacies of effective storytelling under tight deadlines.

When Rele joined Spitfire in March 2021, her tenure was originally intended to last just one month. However, she quickly showcased her impressive talents in research, writing, and efficient production management, proving to be an outstanding fit for our team. What began as a temporary position extended to two months and ultimately blossomed into a full-time role. As we presented her with new challenges, Rele met each one with growing enthusiasm and remarkable success.
